Woman farts during surgery starting a fire

    

     We all heard at some point of our lives the legend that said you can set a fart on fire, but few of us dared testing its credibility because it essentially means you have to set your bum on fire.

   Well, there’s no need for any further testing because the legends are actually true, as discovered by an unfortunate patient whose fart caused a blast in the surgery room.

   The patient was a woman undergoing a cervix surgery when her fart made contact with a surgical laser. “When the patient’s intestinal gas leaked into the space of the operation, it ignited with the irradiation of the laser,” the official report states. “The burning spread, eventually reaching the surgical drape and causing the fire.”

   The woman suffered some burns in her lower body, unfortunately she is expected to make a full recovery.

    Now if you excuse me I need to go watch some political news to feel mature again.
