Yesterday’s episode of The Walking Dead answered and long asked question

 

     The episodes of season 7 of The Walking Dead are very stressful, especially with the appearance of the new character Negan, who made us miss the day where getting caught by walkers was the group’s only concern. If you haven’t watched the latest episode of TWD, now is a pretty good time to stop and go back, because as you would guess, there are SPOILERS in this article.

   Although all we got to see in yesterday’s episode was Negan taking all he wanted from Alexandria, the director did treat us with the answer of a question we have been asking years ago, who is Judith’s father?

   Well, turned out Shane is her father, and Rick knew it all the time. In a scene towards the end of the episode, after Negan took all he wanted and left, we saw Rick confessing to Michonne while trying to get her to understand the situation with Negan. "I know Judith isn't mine, I know it," he told her "I love her. She's my daughter but she isn't mine." 

   This reveal came as a surprise to most of the fans, who either forgot about the matter or assumed she was Rick’s, especially after Lory, Rick’s wife, insisted that Judith was his daughter and not Shane’s.
